1. Components stuck or corroded

Pump/caliper malfunction: The piston cannot return smoothly due to impurities, rust, or insufficient manufacturing accuracy. It is necessary to clean and lubricate the piston or replace the caliper.

Rust on the guide pin: The lack of lubrication on the pin causes the brake pad to be unable to separate, and it needs to be disassembled, polished, and coated with special grease.

Brake oil pipe blockage: Impurities block the oil pipe, hindering the return of oil. The pipe needs to be cleaned or replaced.

2. Failure of key components

Return spring fracture: The spring loses tension, causing the brake pad to fail to reset, and the spring needs to be replaced.

Bearing damage and misalignment: The wear of the wheel bearings causes the brake pads to be unevenly worn and stuck. The bearings need to be replaced and the brake system needs to be calibrated.

3. Oil and air issues

Brake oil contamination or deterioration: The dirty oil causes the valve body to get stuck, and the brake oil needs to be replaced and the pipeline cleaned.

Air entering the oil pipe: The compressibility of the air weakens the braking force, and the system air needs to be emptied.
